aequusmoney.com ("the site") is owned and operated by Kunal Sehgal, a registered AMFI Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-348293), based in India. References to "we", "us", "our", or "Aequus Money" mean Kunal Sehgal as a sole proprietor.
2. Nature of services
Aequus Money provides:
- Information and education about mutual funds, insurance, demat accounts, and PMS
- Distribution of mutual fund schemes (registered with AMFI as ARN-348293)
- Distribution of insurance products via Wealthy (an IRDAI-licensed entity)
- Demat account onboarding and PMS referrals via Wealthy
We are not a SEBI Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). We do not charge advisory fees. We earn commissions from product manufacturers as disclosed on our disclosures page.
3. Information on this site
Content on aequusmoney.com is for general educational purposes only and should not be construed as personalized investment advice. Examples and figures (e.g., typical premium amounts, return assumptions) are illustrative only.

6. No guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific rate of return, market outcome, or investment success. Any forward-looking statements, projections, or example calculations are illustrative and not promises of performance.
7. Tax matters
Tax laws change. While we may discuss general tax implications of investments (e.g., LTCG, ELSS deductions), we are not tax advisors. You are responsible for your own tax compliance, filing, and any tax outcomes resulting from investments.
8. Third-party platforms
Transactions occur on third-party platforms (Wealthy for MF/insurance/demat/PMS, Calendly for scheduling). Their respective terms, privacy policies, and security practices apply when you use them. We are not responsible for the operation, downtime, or data handling of these platforms.
9. Intellectual property
All content on aequusmoney.com — text, design, logos, illustrations — is owned by Kunal Sehgal / Aequus Money and protected under Indian copyright law. You may share links to our pages freely. You may not copy, republish, or repurpose substantial content without written permission.
10. Acceptable use

You may stop using our services at any time by emailing hello@aequusmoney.com. Your existing investments remain with the AMCs/insurers — they're not held by us. We can help you transfer the advisory relationship, switch to direct plans, or simply manage them yourself.
We reserve the right to decline service to anyone, particularly in cases of abusive behavior, suspected fraud, or where we believe we cannot serve you appropriately.

14. Governing law
