1.1 Information you give us directly
- Booking and contact: name, email, phone number, and any context you share when you book a discovery call or message us via WhatsApp/email.
- Onboarding (only if you choose to invest): KYC details required by SEBI/AMFI (PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, address proof). These are collected via our partner platform Wealthy and never directly by us.
- Goals and financial context: information you voluntarily share about your goals, current investments, and risk profile during our consultations.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Standard web analytics (browser type, device, pages visited, time on site) via cookies. We do not use this to identify individuals.
- If you book through Calendly, Calendly collects standard scheduling data per their privacy policy.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and schedule consultations.
- To prepare goal-based recommendations and written plans for you.
- To facilitate transactions on the Wealthy platform (only when you specifically request it).
- To send you periodic portfolio reviews and important updates (only after you become a client — never as marketing spam).
- To comply with regulatory requirements set by SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI, and applicable Indian laws.
3. Sharing of information
We share your data only when necessary, and only with:
- Wealthy (our SEBI/IRDAI-registered transaction platform), if you choose to invest or buy insurance.
- Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and Insurance providers, as required to process your investments or policies.
- Government and regulatory bodies, when required by law (e.g., tax authorities, SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI).
We do not share your data with marketing partners, ad networks, or unrelated third parties.
4. Data retention
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with regulatory requirements. Investor records are typically retained for 8 years post-transaction as mandated by SEBI/AMFI. Casual enquiries (people who never became clients) are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct any inaccuracies in your data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to regulatory retention requirements).
- Withdraw consent for any non-essential use of your data.
- Stop receiving any communications from us at any time.

6. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies — only what's needed for the site to function and for basic analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting site functionality.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Your transactional data is held by Wealthy and the relevant AMC/insurer, all of whom are regulated entities with bank-grade security. Casual enquiries via email or WhatsApp are stored on our personal devices with standard security practices. We are a small practice, not an enterprise — but we treat your data with the same seriousness.
8. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed at minors (under 18). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you are under 18 and have shared information with us, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us so we can remove it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email.
